Beta Tester
Dysmantle
Beta tested for all three DLCs of Dysmantle (Underworld, Doomsday, and Pets and Dungeons)
Played through DLC to find bugs and offer feedback on how it progresses/plays
For Doomsday specifically:
Suggested/requested additional material that became part of the storyline
Checked the placement of 210 items by hand across two different maps to ensure they were actually able to be reached
Offered accessibility advice/suggestions for toning down VFX that may trigger seizures in photosensitive individuals
For Pets and Dungeons specifically:
Organized bug reports by type for easier categorization for the devs
Created feedback threads on specific topics and offer easy, concise summaries once discussion has concluded
Marked bug reports as closed to ensure developers did not look for bugs that had already been fixed
Additional work for 10Tons
Made a mock-up change to the UI to denote which items belonged to DLCs and which did not that was implemented in-game
Reorganized the previously randomly ordered Materials and Recipes files to be ordered by category and level of obtainment for the base game and all three DLCs
Designed and programmed the Lab Guardian boss (available with the Doomsday and Pets and Dungeons DLCs) released with the final update of the game
Original Lab Guardian boss in prior versions was identical to another boss in the game and not fitting to the area it came from
Visual redesign of The Beast of Timber (Pets and Dungeons DLC) to add differences from the other three mech bosses in the DLC and give it its own unique appearance
Admin on the official Dysmantle Wiki
Revamped the Wiki from its out-of-date status starting in 2023
Maintain and update pages as Dysmantle receives updates and bug fixes
Wrote the CSS/HTML that the entire Wiki utilizes and made it mobile-friendly
Editing and maintaining the Wiki has also resulted in finding bugs that otherwise would have remained undetected
Alpha Tester
Dysplaced
Alpha tested upcoming title Dysplaced
Played through available content of the game (roughly 25-30 hours) to find major bugs and provide feedback on the new player experience
Wrote 25-page report assessing new player experience, new gameplay mechanics, and overall gameflow
Testing Assistant
Dysplaced
Continued prior testing responsibilities
Sent out Steam keys to incoming alpha testers from the official 10Tons email
Facilitated discussions among testers in the Discord to gather feedback for the developers
Used feedback gathered from discussions among testers to write a 48-page report assessing the state of the alpha test (what needs work, what works well, and so on)
While the developer team was on vacation, was the point of contact for any issues or concerns testers had
Created a document with any feedback sent to the official email to pass along in a separate report to the developers

Bethesda Game Studios/Microsoft 2022 – Present
Accessibility Consulting
Sole reason there are photosensitivity settings in Fallout 76; none existed previously
Proactively contacted Microsoft to let them know FO76 posed a seizure risk to their players and provided testing as proof
Following me contacting Microsoft, BGS did official testing to replicate my results and confirmed the presence of multiple seizure risks across the game
Over the past two years, BGS has worked to add a setting that reduces the duration and intensity of multiple explosions’ VFX in the game
The location of the VFX was moved so that they could be modded out without resulting in a game ban
Every time an update is made to this end, I receive an email from BGS letting me know of the progress on the setting
